• For an exam with the optometrist, please text or call 425-391-3222. Press 2 to speak with someone.

• We accept VSP and medical plans like Premera, First Choice, Regence, and Cigna.

• We do not accept EyeMed, Spectera, Aetna, and Davis Vision.

• We will email, text, or call to confirm your appointment once scheduled.

• Dr. Sam Ahn sees patients  Monday thru Wednesday and some Thursdays.

• Dr. Anna Chowaniec sees patients Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
